Biography
Dr. Arman Ataç was born in Shiraz in 1968. He completed his primary and secondary education in Shiraz and his high school education in Ankara. In 1986, he started studying METU (METU) Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After continuing his education for 1 year, he preferred the profession of doctor. He started studying at the Medical School. He graduated from Ankara University School of Medicine in 1993. In 1994, he started residency training in ophthalmology at Hacettepe University School of Medicine. He graduated in 1999.
Between the years 1999 and 2004, he started working at Fethiye Letoon Hospital. He has been working at Muğla Yücelen Hospital since 2004. Renowned throughout the region as an Ophthalmologist, Dr. Arman Ataç was one of the highest scorers in the European Ophthalmology (Eye Diseases) Qualification Examination held in Paris, in which 470 candidates from 24 European countries participated. He holds a European Ophthalmology Council diploma and a FEBO (Fellow of Euopean Board of Ophthalmology) certificate/graduation. Having participated in numerous national and international congresses to date, Dr. Arman Ataç attends congresses regularly every year.
