Duyşen Oran Kaya was born in 1975. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Mersin. She completed her medical education at Adana Çukurova University, Faculty of Medicine between the years 1993 - 1999. In 2000, she started her specialization training in Ankara Atatürk Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital in the field of Chest Diseases and Tuberculosis. After completing her specialty training in 2004, she started working at Batman State Hospital in 2005. She worked at Private Batman Hospital between the years 2005 - 2008 and at Marmaris State Hospital, 2009 - 2020. She has been working at Private Marmaris Yücelen Hospital since 2020.
