Hüseyin Önder Kaya was born in 1975 in İzmir. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in İzmir. He completed his medical education at İzmir Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Medicine between the years 1992-1998. In 1999, he started his specialization training in General Surgery at İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital. After completing his specialty training in 2004, he started working at Private Batman Hospital. He completed his military service among 2008-2009. He worked at Rize Çayeli State Hospital in 2010 and at Marmaris State Hospital, in between 2011-2019. He has been working at Private Marmaris Yücelen Hospital since 2019.
