Ayşe Özen Dal was born in Uşak in 1952. Dropped out of METU Chemical Engineering 3rd year. He graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1983. After completing her 2 years of compulsory service, Zeynep Kamil started her specialization at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic. He completed his specialization at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital for 4 years. He passed the chief assistant exam and started working as chief assistant at the same hospital.
