Dr. Ömer KAÇAR I was born in Siirt in 1989. I started my education at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine in 2010. I completed my medical education and graduated in 2017. I was appointed to the Hakkari Central 112 Command and Control Center of the Ministry of Health. During my public service obligation, I worked as Derecik District Health Directorate, Şemdinli District Health Directorate, and Şemdinli State Hospital Chief Physician. Between 2017 and 2018, I worked as an emergency room doctor in the emergency department of Mersin Anamur Private Anamur Hospital. In 2020, I was appointed to Muğla Ortaca State Hospital by the interprovincial draw of the Ministry of Health. Between 2020-2021, I worked as an emergency physician in the emergency department at Ortaca State Hospital. I have been working as an emergency physician at Private Marmaris Yücelen Hospital since 2021.
